Premsingh Samuel is a seasoned professional with a strong academic background and extensive industrial experience in the field of biotechnology. He earned his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from University of Madras in 2001, followed by M. Tech and Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Centre for Biotechnology at Anna University, Chennai, India in 2009. His academic journey also included a prestigious stint as a visiting scholar at Anschutz Medical Campus, University of Colorado in 2014. With nearly twenty years of dedicated research, Premsingh specializes in the heterologous expression of proteins, particularly in yeast Pichia pastoris and bacterial expression systems. His expertise extends into various domains, including genetic engineering, bioprocess development, technology transfer and scale-up studies.
